voyage kids is part of UK-German Connection, the bilateral government initiative for UK-German school and youth links.
UK-German Connection - bringing young people together - is dedicated to increasing contacts and understanding between young people in the UK and Germany. The initiative is a joint project, which has been established and developed in collaboration between the UK and German governments, British Council and Pädagogischer Austauschdienst.
Our website has three main areas:
voyage kids is designed for children at primary school, and some features are also useful for nursery school children. Our site also contains information for teachers and parents.
As the-voyage is a bilateral UK-German website, there is also a corresponding area for primary-aged children in Germany. Click here to visit the pages for German children.

voyage kids includes lots of games, quizzes and interactive features, along with stories, songs and things to make and do.
Focal points of the website include language and intercultural awareness, as well as contacts between children from the two countries. An important aspect of the website is providing possibilities for children to actively get involved, for example through regular competitions and many interactive features.
