Happening right now

Several First World War-themed projects involving schools in the UK and Germany are currently in full swing! Pupils are exploring the Christmas Truce of 1914, powerful voices of the Great War and the impact of the sacrifice on both sides. Take a look at our 'Happening right now' section for more details of these projects and find out what the pupils have discovered!

All of these projects are funded by our WWI project grant, a new flexible funding scheme available for First World War-related projects between schools in the UK and Germany. To find out more information about this grant and how to apply, have a look at our WWI flexible funding page.
